SMART4ENV a Horizon Europe initiative committed to fostering innovation in sustainable environmental solutions. With the support of the European Union (Grant Agreement No. 101079251), SMART4ENV continues improve TUBITAK MAM R&I capacities to strengthen its scientific reputation, attractiveness and networking channels while stimulating scientific excellence in the field of Smart Environmental Solutions (SES)

What’s New in Edition Four?

1. Secondments and Knowledge Sharing:
   • Highlighting enriching secondments, including:
     • Training sessions on digitalization and IoT for water sectors.
     • Explorations of advanced artificial intelligence techniques.
     • Collaborative research on coastal management and water resilience.
2. Engaging Events:
   • Participation in prestigious conferences such as EU Green Week and the RemTech Conference.
   • Active collaboration in stakeholder workshops and clustering events with related projects.
3. Educational Opportunities:
   • Launch of MOOC1, focusing on digital environmental solutions for water, agriculture, and marine ecosystems.
   • Upcoming MOOC2 in November 2024, offering insights on data management, intellectual property rights, and project execution.
4. Future-Focused Initiatives:
   • Preparations for the Summer School and Workshop in January 2025, hosted by UNIVPM in Ancona, Italy.
   • Thematic training to address climate challenges through circular and digital innovations in water systems.
