SMART4ENV is proud to contribute to the joint policy brief titled “Twinning for Europe’s Competitiveness: Keeping Excellence Connected Across All Regions”, now publicly available on Zenodo.
This policy brief, prepared under the leadership of the GEMSTONE project, brings together contributions from several Horizon Europe Twinning projects, including:
BAANG, EarthBridge, HybridNeuro, REMODEL, REMOTE XUAR, SMART4ENV, and TwinVECTOR.
The document highlights the strategic importance of Twinning actions in:
