The SMART4ENV Final Conference officially kicked off today, bringing together partners, researchers, and stakeholders from across Europe to reflect on the project’s achievements and future impact.

Hosted online, the event opened with welcome remarks from TÜBİTAK MAM and distinguished speakers representing European institutions and research organisations.

The first session focused on project achievements and capacity-building outcomes, highlighting how SMART4ENV has:

• Strengthened scientific and research management capacities
• Delivered targeted trainings, workshops, and mobility activities
• Fostered collaboration across five countries
• Built strong foundations for smart environmental technologies

Participants were actively engaged throughout the sessions, reflecting the strong interest in climate resilience, environmental monitoring, and digital solutions.
