The 4th SMART4ENV Winter School & Workshop, held from January 27-31, 2025, at Marche Polytechnic University (UNIVPM) in Ancona, Italy, successfully brought together leading researchers, students, and industry professionals to explore smart environmental solutions (SES) for climate change adaptation.

This week-long event, organized by the SIMAU and DICEA Departments at UNIVPM, provided a dynamic platform for participants to engage in expert-led discussions, technical workshops, and field visits, reinforcing the importance of innovative research in water and coastal management.
